MB-Quality Contractors Inc. has always taken pictures of each job, throughout the job. Now each picture taken receives a date stamp. This means that when they are placed on mbqc.com for your viewing, each picture will be placed in a dated folder that will show progress as it happened.(Pictures up loaded to mbqc.com upon request)
Getting pictures for your customer just became a lot easier. Each client receives their own directory where pictures will be stored. This allows quick and easy access to pictures from any computer. Customers no longer need to wait for pictures to be developed and mailed.
This feature gives you "eyes on" and allows you to ability to view problems, make decisions, see repairs and completed work.

Any e-mail's sent/received referencing the job will be forwarded to the client, saved and permanantly stored. This helps keep everyone involved in total communication.
Walk-Through pictures, exterior walls (4 minimum), roof (both front and back, 2 minimum) will be placed online for viewing for each new home and a link will be sent accordingly (Standard)
Each home will also receive a Site Preparation Form (SPF) that will be attached with the first invoice. This will help in knowing the homes final condition with setup, blocking, skirting, venting, ground barrier, shingles and roof structure, siding, rain gutters, and well as humidity inside, outside and under the home.
A Daily Time Sheet will be included with each invoice. This will include total time spent on each task performed, along with any other expenses used in completing the job. This helps you in tracking the invoice dollar by dollar, day by day.
A customer initial next to each item will be required from the customer prior to invoicing, along with a customer signature. (Exceptions such as an unoccupied home, lot home or work completed while a customer is away will be discussed with the client prior to leaving the home)
Once a job is completed, MBQC will attempt to make a courtesy call to the client with the customer present. This allows the client to know first hand if the work was completed to the customers satisfaction and if there are any outstanding issues to be resolved. If a courtesy call can not be preformed we ask the client to preform a call back at a different time.
All additions approved on a job will be verbally authorized prior to repair by the client and added on to the existing work order, or a new work order may be generated and faxed to MB-Quality Contractors, Inc. (client preference). This will help eliminate the fear that extra work will not be performed without client knowledge.
As more and more of us now have e-mail, the need for sending invoices via fax is almost obsolete! MB-Quality Contractors places copy's of the work order, invoice, receipts, Daily Time Sheets, Site Preperation Form and a link to pictures in a zip file and e-mail's them to you, where you can simply view the details as needed. This cures the problem of faxes that can't be read, get jammed or come up completely missing. This may just upset that little guy that lives in the fax machine that causes most of these problems!
