In order to help us, you will need to locate your data plate. The data plate for your home contains information that will help us locate your plant file, which has information regarding your floor plan and decor. The data plate is a piece of paper about 8½" x 11" and lists the serial number, model number, date of manufacture, and the location of the plant that built your home. The data plate is usually in one of the following places:Attached to a closet wallAbove the cupboards in the laundry roomAttached to the inside of your electrical panel box coverOn the back side of the lower sink doors. The data plate also lists the serial/model numbers of all the appliances included in your home.
